We had initially contacted 3 companies for estimates and Morris Property Maintenance, was the only company that responded to my voicemail. So, that made us a little weary, but we could not have been any happier with choosing this company. The owner is very responsible, kind and personable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and explained it clearly. Very hard worker and you can tell by his work ethic that he puts his whole heart into his work. I can’t say enough about this company. We have a landscaper for life!

The front area was just a mess when I bought this house. It was a cluster of “stuff” everywhere coupled with a an array next to the driveway which required me exiting my truck onto rocks and shrubs, etc…just a stupid design, I told him what I was looking for both functionally and with regard to aesthetics and he most definitely delivered. Will definitely be using him to help determine and finish the area at the very front of the house just in front of the window (not sure presently if I want more coquina rock or if I want to fountain so we left that “as is“) and I have to figure out functionally what I would like for the back of the house which may include a fire pit or something along those lines…but will DEFINITELY be a return customer.

my prices are determined by size and the time it would take to complete. if you have more then one property that needs service I give discounts. I also give discounts on referrals.

I want to know your likes and dislikes so i know how to satisfy the customer the best to my ability
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
experiences working with different businesses and companies. I have managed and supervised over 5 landscaping and lawncare companies varying commercial and residential accounts before I started my own lawn service. I wanted to build my experience in business management while also being able to do any lawncare needs a customer would ask for.
