- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send us a photo or link to the product they want installed. We review the details, provide a clear estimate, and schedule a convenient time. We arrive with professional tools, unpack and check all parts, assemble the structure, and make sure everything is level, secure, and safe. After installation, we clean the work area and make sure everything is ready to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a strong construction background, including a university degree in construction and over 15 years of professional industry experience. This technical knowledge ensures proper installation, structural safety, and attention to detail in every project. We also have extensive hands-on experience assembling outdoor structures, fitness equipment, and home improvement installations using professional tools and proven installation methods.
