- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the squat footage of the home. There is a $25 discount if you mention this Thumbtack ad. I also provide Insurance Wind Mitigation inspection which can save you several HUNDREDS of dollars on your yearly home owners insurance policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to inspect and educate the client about the property. I treat every inspection as if I were buying the home. I try to take as much time has possible to educate the home buyer. When you call to schedule I will take the time to explain the process and make you feel comfortable about the inspection decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of the Florida Assoc. of Building Inspectors. They require a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education every year. As a state licensed Home Inspector I am required to have 14 hours of CE every two years As a state licensed Contractor I am required to have another 14 hours of CE every two years
