Rick Ashby is a certified home inspector. – InterNACHI license: NACHI22052014 Rick is also licensed by the state of Florida to perform home inspections. – Florida Home Inspector License: HI16442 He also has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida. DBPR Engineering Intern License: 49010495 Rick also has experience as a project manager for residential and commercial building design and construction.
