After losing the key to my gate (on the second day), he gave me a flat fee quote for ad hoc work - then tried to change the amount to billing hourly, after he was halfway finished. He would text me nonstop for payment as soon as he was done (at least 10 times) - I was in meetings and was unable to access my phone. I paid less than two hours later, and he was still complaining. He was rude, sarcastic, and would change our agreements and dates after ensuring he would be there, as well as trying to charge me extra for higher growth in the grass, even though he skipped the week prior (I never asked him to). I would advise against using this company. The first week or two was fine - but anything after was an ABSOLUTE nightmare.
