- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation where we take the time to understand the owner's property, goals, and any current challenges they’re facing. From there, we conduct a detailed property assessment to ensure everything is rent-ready and compliant. Next, we onboard the property into our system, handle professional marketing, tenant screening, and leasing. Once a tenant is placed, we manage everything from rent collection and maintenance coordination to tenant relations and regular property inspections—always keeping owners informed through clear communication and transparent reporting. Our goal is to make the process seamless, efficient, and stress-free, so our clients can focus on enjoying life while we take care of the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in real estate, both as a Realtor and property manager in Canada and the U.S. Before becoming a property manager, I was—and still am—a real estate investor managing my own rental properties. This has given me a deep understanding of how to protect assets, increase ROI, and handle the real-world challenges of property ownership. I bring that same owner’s mindset to my clients’ properties, always focused on maximizing performance and minimizing stress. We’ve built a system that keeps everything running smoothly, giving homeowners true peace of mind.
