I recently used JoyK-designs for a balloon decoration service for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! The setup was beautiful—creative, elegant, and exactly what I had envisioned. Lisandra was very professional, polite, and very detail-oriented. The balloons stayed in great condition throughout the entire party. Highly recommend them!

We had a small scale anniversary celebration (about thirty people) and we wanted an elevated backdrop. Lisandra heard my requests and immediately mocked up a few options for me. The price for set up and takedown together was very reasonable and the results were absolutely stunning. She went above and beyond for us, even adding little embellishments that just made the whole thing that much more beautiful. The guests were blown away by the decor!
