Lisandra from JoyK Designs was absolutely amazing. She was super-responsive to my request for a balloon decorator for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. I sent her a photo of what my daughter would like for her party and Lisandra was able to create it to perfection! She was super-professional from beginning to end. I recommend her 100%.
