Corey and his team delivered the best party we've ever had. Almost 30 people attended and they were all very happy. Corey made my husband's family recipes perfectly, Lorenzo tended bar and made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted, and Bridget organized all the things we served. I actually got to enjoy the party, and I certainly did. I'm definitely going to use them again and I think the neighbors will too. And when they left my kitchen was clean!

Wonderful Experience! Corey was professional and the food was excellent quality and the baked potatoes were "hot", to our pleasant surprise. I received so many positive comments from employees who loved the salad and potatoes! At least a dozen people asked for your catering name! The salad was fresh and visually appealing. Thank you so much for a complete package, Corey. We will use you again!

With the hurricane Mathew coming in two days before the wedding we didn't think we would have power or anything.The cater kept in contact with us each day keeping us up to date on the situation. Finally on Saturday morning he got power back and was able to get the food prepared. Food was a little late but tasted excellent. Big thanks'to Cory and his staff. Oh BTW loved the rosemary pork

I hired Capt. Al''s to cater our family Christmas dinner. We had 20 family members attend and everybody loved all of the food. Corey was on time with the delivery and setup, the food was hot and Corey was a pleasure to deal with. I will use him again.
