Hi 👋. My name is Bo, and I own and operate Bo Knows Property Maintenance LLC. I have been doing different types of construction since I was a teenager, and Property Maintenance since 2017. Prior to moving to Florida, I was responsible for maintaining one affordable housing complex consisting of 42 units, one 55 and over community consisting of 41 units and two office buildings. I miss my tenants and coworkers, but I wanted to move closer to family and start my own business. I am a veteran, and I always do my best to be respectful and do the job to the best of my abilities. I'm hardworking and reliable, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Bo was awesome. On time, very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. He replaced the bottom of screen doors stripping and suggested a way to make doors even better weather proofed. I liked the idea so he got materials needed and added to doors. I’m 110% satisfied with his work and will hire him again for future projects.
