Hi 👋. My name is Bo, and I own and operate Bo Knows Property Maintenance LLC. I have been doing different types of construction since I was a teenager, and Property Maintenance since 2017. Prior to moving to Florida, I was responsible for maintaining one affordable housing complex consisting of 42 units, one 55 and over community consisting of 41 units and two office buildings. I miss my tenants and coworkers, but I wanted to move closer to family and start my own business. I am a veteran, and I always do my best to be respectful and do the job to the best of my abilities. 100% top-notch, great all around guy. Mounted a TV late in the day after another installer was unable to mount because of stud locations etc. Bo used 250 lb. rated anchors and the TV was up in 30 minutes.

Bo originally provided a quote for mounting our TV, and then we asked if he’d be able to remove an old workbench from our garage. He knocked out both in an hour and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be reaching out to Bo again!
