Hi, I’m Bo, and I own and operate Bo Knows Property Maintenance LLC.
I’ve been involved in various types of construction since I was a teenager, and I’ve specialized in property maintenance professionally since 2017. Before moving down here to Florida, I managed the maintenance for several large-scale sites, including an affordable housing complex, a 55+ community, and two office buildings —handling over 80 units in total.
Currently, I manage several high-end condominiums here in Brevard County along with my regular residential clients. Most of my business has actually been built through word-of-mouth because people know they can count on me.
As a veteran, I take a lot of pride in my work. I’m hardworking, fair, and I make it a point to be reliable and respectful on every job. I always do my best to ensure the work is done to the highest standard, and I’d love the opportunity to help you with your property.

Bo was extremely helpful in completing some tasks that I needed done properly and timely. He mounted our 50” TV on the wall and hung two blinds for us. He was very accommodating when it came to arranging a time to come as I was waiting for the TV bracket to be delivered. I would definitely hire him again and plan to very soon.

Many, many times maintenance issues come up, Like a Valve/pump gushing water, Bo immediately knew what to do and responded. He oversees landscape contractor and spoke with that team and the owner to take care of issues andvwhen there was not a satisfactory response, he let that folirm go and replace it.
