Nick was able complete my inspection on very short notice for a great price. He also had the report me by the end of day for no extra charge. My insurance company was very pleased with his report and it saved me a lot of money on my insurance. I will be buying a house next year and will definitely be using Sabertooth Inspections again!

I sent Nich for 4 point inspection and he provided with the result that my roof is in a bad condition and can’t be qualified for an insurance. However, I sent two roofers to check and they both told me it’s in a good condition. This roof is only 4 years old and no any observations on the leaks.

I provided you with extensive photo proof of damage. I will not provide false statements on an insurance document for you or anyone else for that matter. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the service provided. I hope that the oversight from other inspectors doesn't prevent you from addressing the excessive damage I observed on your roof.
