We provide upfront pricing based on size, condition, and type of cleaning. Deep cleans and move outs are priced higher due to the level of detail. We offer free walkthrough estimates to lock in exact pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs. For larger jobs, we offer a free walkthrough. Once scheduled, we show up on time and complete a detailed, consistent clean. We focus on areas most companies miss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heather brings over 15 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper with major hotel chains, where she managed large teams and maintained high cleaning standards. She also previously ran a large cleaning company before starting Pierce Premier Cleaning Services. Today, we focus on detailed, consistent residential cleaning.
