My family was extremely stressed about the move. Max and his team made the experience AMAZING. Max’s crew were fantastic, worked quick, and took great care of our belongings. I will absolutely be using them again when it’s time to move, and have already recommended them to family members. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would.

Max Moves is by far the best mover I have ever used in my long career as a Realtor and home stager! They were prompt, worked incredibly hard, and were extremely careful with all the furniture and glass items. They also provided moving blankets and shrink wrapped the furniture-- it all arrived in perfect condition. Their pricing was more than fair. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing is paramount. The rates given here are our 2- mover rates. There may be a 2-hr minimum. Additional fees may include rental trucks, stair/elevator fees, or special items. Consulting will take place prior to your move to ensure everything is agreed upon. We will not charge you for anything that has not been communicated or agreed on. It is important to us that we create a trusting relationship and a smooth moving experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ensure everyone is on the same page. To start our process, we first make contact to verify the details on your request. From this point, a team leader keeps in contact with you to give you an ETA and throughout the move to completion.
