After installing the new ceiling fan, it still didn't work. We realized that the switch was the problem, not the fan. Gordon waited for me while I went to the store to purchase a new switch, which he installed. Thank you!

Gordon was extremely helpful...I had the wrong type of fan for a slanted ceiling and he went with me to Home Depot to exchange fans and helped me purchase the new ones. Had so much patience with me and didn't rush me. Fans look great and he did a good job. Would recommend him highly.
