Tiago was very prompt. He came out and gave me a free quote for tile and thinset removal. He was patient as I didn't reach back out until a couple weeks later. I had more tile removed on my own but he readjusted my quote anyway. He came next day on a Sunday and finished the job in less then 8 hours. He also removed bags of old tile that I already had for a very small fee. I will definitely hire him for more work whenever I need it. Highly recommended.
