FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always depends on the job and never goes by a flat hourly rate. Although the hours a job requires are considered into the final price, things like material, surfaces being worked with, any repairs that need completed prior to paint, and how big the project is are all things taken into consideration during the pricing. I consider myself flexible with pricing and as always, fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I only accept projects I get to evaluate in person. After an initial walkthrough with the owner of the project, I will then send them a quote for the completion of the project including the deposit amount required upfront. If the customer agrees with the quote, they sign it and the deposit is due upon the project start date. Once the project is complete, a final walk-through is done with the owner. If all is found to be beyond satisfaction, then the remaining balance is due upon job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
