- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
free first and second class = introduction opportunities for both students and me. We talk about their interest in learning Mandarin Chinese; the method we will use in learning; their goal/purpose in taking Mandarin lessons; their daily habits/work schedules to learn how to fit in the classes the best way; their current Mandarin level by Q&A testing period; if their spouse or children want to learn at the same time etc. I will show them the value of you speak a language that 1/4 of world population speak, and I am one of the happy examples (I speak English, Chinese and Spanish).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I speak English, Spanish and I am native Chinese, I also hold ACTFL language certificate for Spanish Intermediate level. I have current students that I teach Mandarin Chinese. I have a Masters Degree in Pharmaceutical Science and worked as a scientist for 8 years. Learning and analytical skills is in me.
