Reagan and his team were fantastic. We had a hefty editing project with a tight turn around and they tackled it even quicker than promised. Reagan was extremely professional and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I know he focuses on full video production but I would absolutely recommend him for editing projects as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have always tried to charge industry standard prices even with expensive cinema quality equipment. First and foremost is the customer and the video, so I’m always willing to negotiate pricing for projects the customer is excited about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of exactly what they want. And then allow ideas to flow and bounce things back and forth before arriving the day of for the shoot.
