Dear Fuzzy, I'm glad we were able to diagnose quickly that your issue was that although your router was working for your Cable TV and your Spectrum phone, it wasn't "shaking hands" with the internet for your computer. This may happen from time to time and a "power Cycle" (unplug the router, wait a minute, plug it back in, restart your computer), fixes it most times. Also, don't forget that when the "Boomers" are overhead, as they are almost every afternoon this time of year in Florida, you should shut down your computer. In fact, all appliances with a PCB, Printed Circuit Board, are very vulnerable to power fluctuations causing damage and should be powered down. We unplug almost every afternoon as soon as we hear the boomers approaching. Be well, and please call any time.

Dear Karl. We're very glad to hear you are well and avoiding the rats. Don't ever drop your guard as they are trying new schemes every day. The scam that is fooling people a lot lately is the telephone call from the fake "Amazon Fraud Department", regarding a large Amazon on-line charge. There is no actual Amazon charge made and the rat is posing as your protector with the hook being this large purchase they are calling you for "your authorization". It's all hoohie! Then they will want you to give them your account info, credit cards and bank info. They may also try to get you to let them in to to your computer remotely. Hang up! Simply check your Amazon orders yourself to be sure. There won't be any large crazy charge on order. He's a RAT! And Karl, It's OK to say we didn't charge you in April. We like to help and really wish you made the CC company reimburse you that $455. It drives me nuts they get away with it. It's your business so I'll be quiet. When your machines is ready to be replaced please give us a call. Let us 1. get the new one set up properly without the bloatware preinstalled from the manufacture and the retailer. 2.install Free virus and spyware protection programs we recommend, and 3.
