Chris was on time and completely professional. We could not turn off the water and had to call the city water dept to come out. The city would not provide an ETA so we agreed Chris should move on to his next job. When the city got here, I called the office and Chris was back 15 minutes later. About 30 minutes after that, everything was done including a free water test. Great service, and I appreciate his understanding and professionalism!

A lot more expensive than I expected but the response was immediate, contractor showed up at my house in less than a couple hours. The workmanship was excellent, bathroom sink and main shutoff valves replaced, very happy with final outcome. Would hire again.
