- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price to be competitive but not over price. I am not always the cheapest but I do believe you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an email or phone call, I get a general idea of what the client wants to have done. We then set up a time to come out and look at the projects and then we can give an estimate. After the estimate is given the client can decide to move forward or not. We are a no pressure business so once we give the estimate it’s in the clients hands. If they decide to move forward we set up a date and time. Easy as that!
