Introduction: I have been a trusted network administrator/engineer for the past 20 years, servicing the Fort Lauderdale areas. I have recently moved to the Daytona/Palm Coast/St. Augustine area and would like to put my skills back to work here.
I have maintained the lowest cost and best service possible by providing free network assessments and home computer repairs for my business clients. Simply to show my appreciation for their business.
I specialize in multi-server installations using Hyper-V. My servers typically include Terminal services, Exchange services and SQL database.
I focus on disaster recovery at the server and workstation levels, making sure that I can get my customers back up and running in a minimal amount of time.
I build network services that are used to provide the business owner and his or her staff the ability to do their work in a proficient environment and to keep that environment up and running by providing fail over systems that work.

Received a reply almost instantly. Mr. Nay offered to come to my location, but is was more convenient to me to bring it to him, which was not a problem for him. I brought him my computer, which had been "out of order" for about 6 years. By that I mean I wasn't even able to get it to boot on. I was greeted by him when I arrived at home. He is very friendly and professional. Within an hour, my computer was up and running. I am extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend Mr. Nay's services. I will seek him out in the future for all of my computer needs.

I put my request into Thumbtack and in less than 1 hour had several responses. Jeff came to my home the following day and worked on my laptop. His professionalism was outstanding. He repaired my laptop and I am back online just in time to do some Black Friday shopping LOL. I would highly recommend Jeff and I would definitely call him again if the need arises.

Jeff has been taking care of our network for over 10 years. He has been very responsive to fix problems and get involved with software issues to make sure everything works when we have had problems. Jeff is always available when we call and I have found that he is very efficient with his time and does not lose time studying a situation. He usually has a background and bypasses the learning curve that others have. I would highly recommend Jeff for any computer network issues.
