My journey with Scott started the summer going into my freshman year of college where he was preparing my strength and fitness to get me ready for soccer at the collegiate level. I wish I could take him with me! There was never a workout I disliked or thought was boring, and he always positively pushed me to do better than I did the day before. I lifted more with him in one summer than I had in 3 years taking a different strength class. His workouts made me see immediate progress in my body. I will definitely be training with him every summer I'm home without a doubt. His personality, character, and motivation make you work harder than you think you can. For sure an incredible, unforgettable, rewarding experience that I would recommend without a doubt to anyone trying to better themselves.

I have been training with Scott for over a year and I have been extremly happy with him. He's super professional and reliable, he pushes me to do more/lift more when he knows I can and enouarges me to back off or take a break when I need it. His group workouts are challenging but he offers tons of opportunities to modify so they're adaptable for all skill/fitness levels. His one-on-ones are brutal (if you like it like that!) but worth every second/penny. In a one-on-one session you will get his undivided attention, no matter how busy the gym is. For me, that level of attention is what gives me the focus and confidence to push myself harder. The best thing about training with Scott is that he clearly loves his job and cares about his clients. He's constantly adding new exercises and integrating new equipment to keep his workouts interesting and fun. Scott even manages to make burpees fun. Well...almost.

I am a licensed therapist here in Florida and I have worked with Scott professionally for almost 2 years. He has a great work ethic, extremely motivated, and is always striving to learn more and more about his passion for fitness and training. This has definitely translated into his workout sessions, whether he is doing one-on-one or working with a large group. He always stays positive, and really pushes his clients to achieve their goals. I have personally trained with Scott several months prior to my wedding. He helped me to get to where I wanted to be physically, and always made sure I got back on the grind when I fell off of it (which did happen a couple of times). Overall, he is a great trainer that will surely give it his all to make sure that his clients get where they want to be.

I have been attending Scott's morning boot camp for 7 months now. By far the best way to start the day, no two workouts the same! Class mates and camaraderie are awesome too. Feeling great thanks to Fitness by Scott!

Scott is by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He really cares about the health and well being of his customers. He does his research and goes above and beyond to make each workout successful.
