Hired on Thumbtack

Hired on Thumbtack

I could not be happier, Dominick is honest, fair priced , extremely courteous, and by far one of the hardest working ,get it done men that I have met in a long time. He answered my call for help on a weekend, came to my house and worked until 9:00 pm in the rain to get this water heater installed . Mind you it may sound simple , not , older mobile home under a cabinet, very tight work space , rebuilt the floor underneath , because the leak had ruined it. Never a complaint from him or his associate. Had a little glitch with the breaker, but my son changed it out, now I have hot water, no leaks , and am very happy. I work in the construction field , so I will be recommending him to all our customers in the future, and I would never call another plumber again. Thank you so very much Dominick . Lorie G.

I am in the middle of renovating the master bath and had demo'd out the old shower all the way to the studs and concrete floor and removed all the cabinets. I needed 5 major plumbing things done. First, remove the hot/cold water valves for the sink (I don't want the new ones installed until after the new cabinets are in), install the new shower valve (and reroute the shower head piping to allow for a niche), remove the existing shower drain and install a new PVC one, remove the existing toilet drain/flange and move it over about 5 inches (including moving the water supply line). Dominick was very easy to work with via Thumbtack. I sent him pictures of the job and he even recommended some additional work (replacing the 'p' trap under the shower, which was a great idea). Dominick's price was very fair. He was running late on the day of the work, but he messaged me via Thumbtack that his prior job was running over, which I appreciated. Dominick and his assistant were in and out in 3 hours, which was great considering some other plumbers had mentioned needing more than a day. I would definitely use Dominick again.

I purchased a new dual flush toilet and a bathroom sink faucet at Home Depot and found Calello Plumbing through thumbtack. They were the furthest plumbers away from me but quote was lower than people two miles from me.They were on time, message when coming, very polite, had it installed in less than half hour, took all the old away for me and boxes the stuff CAME in and charged exactly what they quoted to the penny.i would reccomend them to anyone and will use them in future for any Plumbing needs i require and already got a quote for a remodeling job moving kitchen and quote once again was way less than i.had expected.....please give these GUYS a call keep them in business because they are hundreds of points above all their competition.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a licensed plumber I enroll in continuing education classes (CEU's) every two years. These classes help me to stay current on the changing laws and codes as well as some of the new technologies and innovations in my field.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to the trade at a young age by helping my father and uncle in their plumbing company on weekends and summer vacations. The more I learned, the more I enjoyed the trade. I began my career in the Tampa Bay area starting as a helper and worked my way up. After acquiring a wealth of experience, I decided to venture out on my own. I obtained my Master Plumbing license and opened the doors to Calello Plumbing LLC.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We enjoy the work we do and respect our customers and their homes as if they were our own.
