Karan took her time to come out to my property and adjust the quote. I have not seen the results of her cleaning, but the personal service she has provided by phone, is quite detail oriented and personable. I look forward to working with her this summer when our unit gets used more consistently. Karan seems very kind and pleasant.

Wow! I had an injury and couldn't do much in the house. It got way out of hand using a cheaper cleaning service who did a horrible job. Turnkey came in an cleaned for hours. They did a spectacular job and it is more than worth the price! The owner is very personable and caring. I have hired them full time and look forward to it!

Karan is amazing. She does her work very throughly.
I have a golden retriever and a Siberian cat, and she is very sweet with both of them making me also feel more comfortable to have her work in my house.
Karan has also been very reliable which I missed from previous people who cleaned for me.
She brings all the cleaning supplies and the house smells wonderful each time she has been.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That prices are strictly an estimated quote. We like to look at each prospective job before giving the customer a final price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them to give them an accurate price. I also recommend a deep clean to get their home or condo totally clean so that when I start doing their regular cleaning it will go smoothly and in a manageable time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired trauma nurse. In my profession everything had to be really clean. I know how to really clean to get your property spotless and what products make it happen.
