- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to offer fair and honest pricing for every project. I believe customers should know what they are paying for and feel comfortable with the value of the work. I provide free estimates so homeowners can understand the scope of the job before getting started. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the type of repair or installation and the work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, the first step is learning about the project and what they need help with. After that, I schedule a time to look at the job or discuss the details so I can understand the work clearly. I then provide an estimate and explain the next steps. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work and complete the project with care and attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from several years of hands on work in repairs and installations. Over time I have learned the importance of doing things the right way and paying attention to the details that make a job last. I continue learning through real projects and practical experience, which helps me improve my skills and deliver solid results for homeowners.
