I have nothing but great feedback for Lucas and his team for their professionalism, work ethics, punctuality, and their eagerness towards effectiveness. Lucas’ customer service skills is top notch. While working on the project, something came up that needed immediate attention toward the completion of the job that Lucas was determined to rectify and see the project through even working through the night until completion. My front yard is immaculate and was done meticulously and impeccably by a group of individuals that strive for perfection and satisfaction. Be on time. After agreeing on a time, called the day of and said they would be 15 minutes late. Turned into 45 minutes and they never showed up, just sent a message to thumbtack saying the gate says access denied. I had already given my phone number so why didn’t they call direct. for help or to advise. Would not recommend this contractor.
