My name is Jorge Wright and I run and
operate a semi-private training facility in the Pembroke Pines, FL area. As the lead trainer at Wright Way Performance, I assist busy professionals reach their weight loss, weight and muscle gain goals through client specific programing. I like the customization for my body. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and developed a work out plan for me and my age. I am 55 and the exercises he chose for me meets my body need while still getting my results. I love Coach J.
