They were super nice on the phone, so I was really surprised that one guy showed up just to pour water on my wood floor and run a buffer over it. I hired a cleaning service for our move out: $350 to wipe down the walls, cabinets, doors, baseboards, and buff out the floor. I listed my needs in writing and again over the phone when I booked the job. Apparently the guy who showed up had no clue what service we had booked. My husband with his bad rotator cuff had to wipe down the house himself and pay $250. I would have preferred to buy my own buffer and pay the kid next door $50.
This is a person with a buffer (and apparently no cleaning solution) NOT a professional or organized cleaning service.
