Introduction: We provide Mental Health Counseling, Life Coaching and Spiritual and Faith-Based Counseling on request. We have experience working with all ages, life cycles and issues from ADHD, self-worth, boundaries, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. to more complex issues such as relationships, gender identity, trauma and personality disorders. Let us help you overcome your limitations, uncover your personal power and live the life closer to what you once imagined was possible. While I build a website and prepare to open an office, I can meet any place convenient for you M-F after 5 pm CST; whether at a bookstore, coffee shop, a swimming pool, track or your child's soccer practice, your home, the local gym, or ONLINE...there are few limits to being there for you. Everything is confidential, except intent to harm to self or others...then it is my duty to warn.
