- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a call to our office, where Allison will set you up in our system for an appointment with one of our techs. After that you will receive a call and text from the technician on the way with an ETA, when we arrive our tech will be polite, clean up after themselves, perform the service requested and be on our way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After servicing over 1000+ customers I feel we trained well !
