- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the services needed. Discuss a schedule, if cleaning will be on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis or just a basic or deep clean one time. how long it will take, are there any pets, furniture, knick.knacks and etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traveling out to the clients home and meeting with them. having a sit down, getting to know the client and their home. And have a walk thru of their home,.what they expect and would.like done. I believe a client should feel comfortable with their new housekeeper.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9 years of condo cleaning, being assistant manager with property managers, accountant, head assistant manager cps. managing my team, training, and etc. had been well established.
