FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
stomers should know that my pricing is fair, transparent, and customized to each home—not a one-size-fits-all rate. Every quote is tailored based on the size of the space, level of detail needed, frequency of service, and any special requests, so you’re only paying for what truly fits your situation. I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. We discuss expectations before any work begins so everything is clear and comfortable from the start. Whether you need routine maintenance, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, or move-in/move-out services, my goal is to deliver exceptional results at a price that reflects the care, attention to detail, and reliability I bring to every job. I also proudly offer discounted pricing for seniors on fixed incomes and military members and veterans as a way to support those who have given so much to our communities and our country. Along with flexible scheduling, I work closely with each client to create a cleaning plan that meets both their needs and their budget—because a clean home should be accessible and stress-free for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple, personal, and stress-free from the very first conversation to the final walk-through. First, I start with a friendly consultation where I listen to exactly what the customer needs—whether that’s routine cleaning, a deep clean, organization help, an Airbnb turnover, or a move-in/move-out service. We discuss the size of the home, priority areas, specific concerns, schedules, and any special requests. This allows me to provide a custom quote that fits the home and the budget with no surprises. Once we schedule the service, I arrive on time, prepared, and fully equipped with professional products and tools. I clean each home with the same care I would give my own—paying close attention to details, high-touch areas, and personalized requests that matter most to the client. After the cleaning is complete, I always make time for a final walk-through or check-in to ensure everything meets my standards and the customer’s expectations. If something needs extra attention, I handle it right away. Finally, I work with customers to set up ongoing service or flexible future scheduling if they’d like to maintain their clean space. Building long-term trust and relationships is important to me—I don’t just clean once and disappear. I aim to become the reliable go-to professional my customers can count on again and again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training come from hands-on experience, leadership roles, and real-life responsibility—all of which have shaped the way I work today. I’ve spent over 20 years running and managing homes, properties, and businesses, learning what it truly takes to organize, maintain, and care for spaces at a professional level. As a mother of four, I’ve mastered time management, organization, multitasking, scheduling, and high standards for cleanliness—skills that directly translate into creating well-maintained, functional living environments for my clients. I’ve also served as a manager, where I gained experience in leadership, customer service, accountability, scheduling, and quality control. In addition, I owned and operated my own store, which taught me business management, attention to detail, client relations, budgeting, and reliability—understanding firsthand what it means to deliver consistent, dependable service and build trust with customers. Caring for my grandmother further strengthened my training in patience, compassion, discretion, and maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment for seniors. This experience directly connects to my work today, especially when serving elderly clients who need dependable, respectful, and attentive service. All together, my background has provided me with practical education in organization, deep cleaning standards, customer care, business management, and home safety—making my training not only relevant, but deeply rooted in real life and real responsibility
