Helping people reach their health goals is my passion! I’ve been training for over 10 years and been motivating people even longer. Amazing sessions. Malik is very understanding and patient with you when you need it. He also will push you to limits you had no idea were possible and I can say I am grateful for that. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape or wants to weight train. Overall an amazing coach and person.

I have been working with Malik for about 3 mos now and by far the best decision I could have made for my wellness/fitness journey. Malik is very professional and laid back at the same time. I’m very introverted and shy of the typical gym setting. Malik’s studio is perfect in that aspect as it is fully equipped and offers comfortable seclusion. I started with him at 140lbs with a goal weight of 155lbs. I have reached my goal but was already noticing a significant difference just after 3 wks. He is knowledgeable and knows how to meet you where you are and build you up from there. I feel like I found a mentor in fitness and a friend for life. Highly recommended 10/10!!!
