- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on what the clients is requesting. For example if the are looking for someone to stay overnight in their home to care for their pet is going to be much different than some who needs a dog walker 3 times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to see if you are available and can provide the services they are requesting. You the send a quote. And after a few days follow up with the customer and suggest a time to do a meet and greet to see if you are a match for them and their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at an no kill animal shelter when I lived in Tennessee. That's where I got my dog Daisy. I've had many years talking care of animals not only when I was younger but also as an adult.
