Shantay is a treasure to the Panhandle! I am excited to look at properties and know she will be the trusting hands I put them into. There are so many benefits many do now know about. From 12 month rent advance, Legalshield access, security deposit alternatives. I love that she will get a screened renter in there offering 24 hour maintenance so I can sleep through my nights!

My husband and I have been thinking about renting our property and have been looking at companies that can manage it. We were able to sit down and talk to Shantay about her services she offers. She was able to explain the different packages her company offers and what they cover. I also like how she understands and cater military/veterans. We would definitely be going with her once we are ready to rent our home.
