Introduction: A Pensacola native, Philip has lived, worked, and played in Escambia County for a majority of his 30 years. Becoming involved with small business as early as 16, he has over a decade of experience in customer service, marketing, and sales. In 2015, Philip decided to couple this skill set with his intimate knowledge of the Pensacola, Perdido, and Cantonment areas and pursued a career in Real Estate. Grossing over $1.5 million in residential sales his first year in business, he has developed a hands-on and first-class approach to real estate service, and is poised for future growth. Philip is a member of the Pensacola, Florida, and National Association of Realtors, ensuring that he approaches each client and transaction with the utmost in ethics, skill, and attention. Along with residential home buyers, Philip specializes in real estate acquisitions for developers and investors and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Along with his ULI and NAR memberships, he is also pursuing education to achieve the Accredited Land Consultant designation through NAR, as well as obtaining his Florida Real Estate Broker’s license.
