September 3, 2015 To Whom It May Concern, Mayra Concepcion is an amazing lady! She is a fantastic home organizer and moreover, a wonderful person. Over the past 6 weeks, she helped me and my family organize our 4,000 square foot home as we prepared with little notice to move out of state, and then once at our new residence, she traveled and assisted us with the complete unpacking and set-up of our new home. Over this entire period, she brought calm and organization during a period of stress and chaos in our lives. Frankly, I do not know how we would have otherwise pulled off this transition without her considerable involvement. Mayra is a great problem solver and the ultimate problem solver. She is hardworking, energetic, responsible, trustworthy, honest, and very kind with tremendous empathy. She also went well beyond her role as our home organizer, engaging and watching over my kids when either my husband or I was unavailable or occupied with other tasks, and the children simply adored her and would seek her attention throughout her stay. Often by herself, Mayra unpacked over 300 boxes and planned out the organization of every room in our new home. From bedroom to basement, she had had-packed my most valuable personal possessions including fine china and crystal, some over 100 years old. For items I would have otherwise discarded, Mayra instead took the initiative to investigate their potential resale value, and in fact she went on to sell many of these items concurrently to packing the house, and at the same time, she assisted with identifying various service providers for needed home repairs for both our existing and new homes, across 1,300 miles. She even ran errands. Mayra is a miracle worker. I only wished I was still living in Miami, so she could work with me all the time! For these many reasons, and much more that is so hard to put fully into words, I am so pleased to provide this reference for professional home and home office organizer, Mayra Concepcion.
