- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All properties and projects are different. I'm very reasonable with my pricing because repeat business and referrals are important to me. I charge by the cut and not the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a walk around of the property and identify any concerns or problem areas such as sprinkler heads, gates or pet areas.
