FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking some sort of class or certification to stay on top of what is new in the Massage field. Weather its products coming out like lotions, pian relieving gels, or classes for new modalities. Even reading journels, articles or books on how to, is a way I keep informed so I can pass what I learned to my Clients
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a CNA in a Nursing home where I had troubled patients(not staying in bed) I began to sit with them and massage their backs, arms or hands. They stayed in bed went to sleep. The head nurse asked me if I was interested in Massage instead of going for RN. I don't regret the choice, I LOVE helping people feel good and relieveing some of thier pain in the process.
