FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No Fees! Willing to negotiate. Discounts come with purchase of multi months of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is very simple and customer friendly. First have a conversion to identify your needs and wants (goals). Ask questions to better understand what you're looking for and making sure we are a good match. I train my clients for what they want not what someone else wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer from NASM I have my degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Maine. Here I learned the scientific approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I've logged over 400 hours in a physical therapy office gaining hands on experience with patients from the ages of 8 to 80. I am a two time All American Athlete from the University of Southern Maine so I have real world experience that has been proven to work. With my passion for track and field I have coached middle school and high school kids as well as adults get into better shape. Working with them on improving their mental and physical states helped them become the best they could be. I have extensive training/ experience in a wide range of fitness areas; TRX, power lifting, Olympic lifting, plyometric training, circuit training, gymnastics, agility conditioning, strength bands, flexibility work, and much more.
