- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When requesting information about pricing on having a new unit installed we will typically tell you we need to come out to the home. The reason for this is to check the location of the unit, get proper measurements, brand, etc. so we can give the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same working with new and returning customers. We strive to give 100% satisfaction and make sure all your needs are met and taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
