Response time was fantastic. Josh was able to diagnose the noise coming from my outside unit. He had a replacement motor on his truck. In a little more than an hour, my AC was up and running again quietly and better than before. Thank you so much!

I recently hired Flo-Rite and I had great experience. I requested service through Thumbtack and the owner personally responded to my request in a very timely manner. He set aside time on a Sunday to service my AC with no additional charge. He was prompt, very thorough, professional, and had great work ethics. He was very patient and did an excellent job. He's also very knowledgeable. I've had my AC serviced many times, but have not encountered a technician like T.J. He took his time with the job and explained everything he was doing. Cleanliness is very important to me and he did a wonderful job not only cleaning up my AC unit but keeping his work area clean. His work is very neat. I will only use T.J. for future AC needs. I highly recommend Flo-Rite Air Conditioning.
