We have been fortunate to have had Barbara as the property manager for 2 rental homes that we owned in Riverview for 6 years. Her services were outstanding and very reasonably priced. She is very professional, methodical and financially astute. We could count on her to get excellent tenants who paid their rent on time and who took good care of our properties. No task was too small for Barbara. Whatever it took to make tenants happy she would arrange to have it done, or do it herself if that is what is took. The rents were collected on time and she saw to it that the properties were maintained and kept in almost pristine condition.
Barbara was the agent that helped us find the rental properties; assisted us in finding tenants over the 6 years. And when we decided to sell the properties, Barbara personally oversaw the renovations that we made before putting them on the market; and she helped us find buyers. I've rented my home out to go travel and Barbara helped me with finding the right renters, lease agreements and other advice, She always returned my phone calls and gave great advice on how to find great renters and the correct lease agreements. I'd highly recommend her work.
