Hiring Rosie and her team was the single best decision I made for my wedding. I was stressed and not sure how to go about the day-of execution aspect of my wedding. My wedding wasn't at a conventional wedding venue and was going to take some logistics to make things flow. Rosie we very helpful from the get go. I think she heard the anxiety in me and went out of her way to come down to the venue several weeks prior to the wedding to make sure logistics were handled and I think more to calm my nerves a bit. She and her team took care of EVERYTHING on the day of and guests kept telling me how amazing she was. Other vendors even went out of their way to express how impressed they were with her work and execution. From planning to day-of to clean-up, I can't thank Rosie and her team enough for making my vision come true and within my tight budget. My husband and I will forever be grateful to her and her team for their dedication and support that day.

Rosie was on top of everything and was the total star in helping as our day of coordinator. She helped take away any stress so we could enjoy our wedding celebration and was extra attentive to us personally 🎉🎉😊

We spoke to a few coordinators before and after but, there was absolutely no one that matched Weddings À La Carte and Rocio’s level of kindness, care, professionalism and responsiveness. She said “I will treat your daughter like my own” and she lived up to every bit of that. She brought a helper the day of the wedding and we found out later it was her son Michael. Our daughter said “Michael helped me down the stairs with my gown and I just adored his kindness and care, he made me much calmer on the way to the aisle” we all loved them both. The months and days leading up were invaluable meetings to keep us on target and the day of, I got to enjoy our daughter’s wedding because Rocio did everything I could not have. She was a powerhouse keeping everything rolling on time precise and all while smiling and lovely to everyone staff, guests, the family but mostly the bride and groom. There was a need to fend off an unruly guest from getting the microphone from DJ and saying likely inappropriate words, she was right on this situation straight to the bride and groom and she quietly handled it by refusing access as requested, she made sure things went flawlessly and no one noticed. She and Michael packed things up and helped with everything beginning to end. Unbelievable value for what we received. She will forever have a place in our hearts. The Ciocca Family

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will have a one-on-one consultation with unlimited phone/email/text/Virtual communication. In addition, mileage fee up to 25 miles from Tampa area is included in pricing. Discounts available for military, teachers and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to customize to your vision. I work closely with family and vendors to ensure your specific details are made a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Toastmasters trained, Regional Leader and Events National board member experienced in projects. Selected as Official Officiant and Day of Coordinator of Antioch Barn Weddings.
