Rosie was the best wedding coordinator I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! She communicated with everybody ahead of time, she had a game plan for day of wedding, and everything flowed perfectly on time because of her! She is hard working, so kind and welcoming, and she takes care of everyone and everything. It was like magic! She is what every bride and groom needs. Far too many times have I seen stressed out brides who couldn’t even enjoy their day, but with Rosie around, the bride and groom gets to actually enjoy their special day without the stressful burdens that come with planning and coordinating an entire wedding! I would highly recommend Rosie and Weddings A La Carte to anyone looking for a great wedding coordinator!

I am over the moon happy with the way everything turned out. Rosie is THE BEST wedding planner to have. I told her what my vision was and she executed it flawlessly. She did more than I could have imagined. If I had to do it all over I would choose here over and over again. She was there from the start of the day and stayed hours later to ensure that I received all my belongings and everyone else’s belongings. I highly recommend any and everyone to hire her. If what you envision is a fairy tale wedding then Rosie is the person to execute that. Don’t just take my word for it hire her, you will definitely not regret it. Seriously look no further than Rosie for your day of coordinator needs! From the first phone call we had, I knew she was the best choice for our day. Rosie is so organized, so attentive to detail and so so kind to work with. My husband and I spent a lot of time designing our vision for our wedding and provided Rosie with a lot of plans and decor items and she did not skip a beat! Everything was done exactly the way we envisioned it. It is so clear how much experience Rosie has and how much care she puts into her events - our setup was amazing, the timeline was spot on, our guests were never once confused about where they needed to be, etc.
Our wedding day seriously could not have been what it was without her! Thank you, Rosie! 10/10!

My ceremony was performed in English and in Spanish. She assisted with preparing our vows in both languages as well. She was professional, punctual and very delightful! She is perfect for your perfect day! ❤️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will have a one-on-one consultation with unlimited phone/email/text/Virtual communication. In addition, mileage fee up to 25 miles from Tampa area is included in pricing. Discounts available for military, teachers and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to customize to your vision. I work closely with family and vendors to ensure your specific details are made a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Toastmasters trained, Regional Leader and Events National board member experienced in projects. Selected as Official Officiant and Day of Coordinator of Antioch Barn Weddings.
