Seriously look no further than Rosie for your day of coordinator needs! From the first phone call we had, I knew she was the best choice for our day. Rosie is so organized, so attentive to detail and so so kind to work with. My husband and I spent a lot of time designing our vision for our wedding and provided Rosie with a lot of plans and decor items and she did not skip a beat! Everything was done exactly the way we envisioned it. It is so clear how much experience Rosie has and how much care she puts into her events - our setup was amazing, the timeline was spot on, our guests were never once confused about where they needed to be, etc. Our wedding day seriously could not have been what it was without her! I was an incredibly anxious bride. I had an out-of-state wedding with about 40 people and did not do well with wedding planning. Rosie had at least 3 hour long phone calls with me just discussing the timeline of the day because I kept changing my mind on how I wanted the day to go. She never once showed impatience with me. She was kind and understanding and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the day. On the day of, Rosie MADE THE DAY. We had a horrible rehearsal with the church we got married, so we asked Rosie to just coordinate the ceremony for us. The bridal party was relieved to have her direction. Rosie made sure everyone at the ceremony and reception had what they needed. She assisted everyone, not just me on the wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Rosie and her son, who was her assistant on the day of. They were miracle workers and absolutely worth it. Thank you for everything Rosie!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will have a one-on-one consultation with unlimited phone/email/text/Virtual communication. In addition, mileage fee up to 25 miles from Tampa area is included in pricing. Discounts available for military, teachers and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to customize to your vision. I work closely with family and vendors to ensure your specific details are made a reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Toastmasters trained, Regional Leader and Events National board member experienced in projects. Selected as Official Officiant and Day of Coordinator of Antioch Barn Weddings.
