FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At John The Plumber, all estimates require an in-person visit from a licensed technician. This ensures accuracy and transparency, no surprises later. Pricing is straightforward, fair, and based on the scope of work. We occasionally offer seasonal specials, energy-efficient equipment rebates, and financing options. Every job is explained before we start so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a technician visit to diagnose the issue or provide an estimate. From there, we offer a whole-home plumbing evaluation to catch small problems before they become emergencies. We explain the options clearly, answer every question, and complete the work with cleanliness and professionalism. Our goal is to leave your home safer, your water running smoother, and you feeling confident about who’s in your house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, insured, and continuously trained on the latest plumbing technology, water-saving fixtures, and safety protocols. With 45 years of company experience, we’ve seen every type of system, from 1920s cast-iron pipes to the newest tankless water heaters and filtration systems.
