The technician who came out told me he could replace my leaking valve with one he had on the truck. I knew the price he was quoting for the valve was much higher than I could get it for at Home Depot, and he was honest and said I could easily repair it myself and save almost $200, which I did. I appreciated his honesty and there was no charge for his visit.

Trust me Rooter was first to respond to my request, quoted a competitive bid, finished the job with filling in the needed wall cut out (something no other bidders would do) and completed the job the morning of the day after I confirmed my acceptance! What else could I ask for!
