I try very hard to stay within their budget. I am very transparent when it comes to pricing. I provide customers with an itemized quote so they can make informed decisions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial step is to learn about their vision and what they are looking for. I love creating mocks to display my understanding of what they are looking for and provide a visual of what the end work will look like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience with balloons, party planning and decorating. I have taken classes in the last few years to learn new techniques.
