Very pleased and satisfied with Supreme’s same day appointment and on time. Ricardo showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and professionally. Ricardo also made me aware of other unseen issues that eventually will need to be corrected. I appreciate Supreme’s straight forward approach. They only fixed what needed to be fixed, didn’t try to sell or fix things that wasn’t an immediate problem. This company and employees are clean neat and efficient. I would definitely call them with any future cooling and heating needs and highly recommend them.

This was the best experience I've ever had with any contractor or repair guy. My AC unit was slowly failing for a couple months, and the water damage from icing over rusted up the water heater under it and ruined the walls in its closet. Ricardo contacted me right away, and was the only one with a personalized message not just a canned auto response. I wanted all 3 things fixed in one job, and he was also the only one of the bunch I contacted that didn't have to refer me out to other drywall guys. He was always quick to respond to texts in this app, and we scheduled an estimate that didn't try to nickle and dime me. Basically just paid for the AC and the water heater, low labor costs, and he took care of all the annoying HOA and permit stuff, and got the whole job done in a day. He was even patching up some dings in bumps in the drywall around the area that I had messed up years ago. Just that above and beyond kind of stuff. Cleaned everything spotless when he and the crew left, just a quick hassle free experience that made everything like new. I've already found other jobs I want to hire him for, and recommended him for my mom's AC upgrade. Very happy with this experience.

Great great great company. I love seeing people passionate about what they do. And you can tell that these guys are those kinds of people! Their responsiveness was wonderful! My AC broke on the 4th of July and they made themselves available to come and check it out. Had a new unit in the very next day. The work was top notch and super clean! You'd never even know they were here. I'm so happy to be cool again😄 Highly recommend them!

They should know that my prices are very affordable and it comes with quality service, always! Customers that have a maintenance plan with Supreme Air Mechanical receives 10% off repairs. Also senior citizens and expecting moms will receive a free estimate and free second opinion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We allow the customer to first describe the problem, then after we identify then discuss a possible solution; usually being a repair or a replacement. Although sometimes it is best to replace something and bring in a new unit, we still give options that are suitable for the customer's pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Occupational Associate Degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology *Well educated in indoor air quality and HVAC service and installation * Very trained in fiberglass, sheet metal, and duct design
