I am a realtor and I will ONLY use Rosa Mercado for cleanings between tenants and to prepare a property for sale. She is simply better than any other cleaning person or company I have worked with in my 20 year career. She’s also the person I bring in to clean it right after another cleaner has only done the minimum cleaning- Rosa does the deep clean. She punctual, professional, fluently bi-lingual, and can maneuver through the hoops that many of our area condos have in place because she’s great with people. She is simply the best.

Hands down the best housekeeping service I have ever used. She has incredible attention to detail outside of the typical dusting and surface cleaning. She would clean my lanai windows inside and out, clean my stove and inside of frog when needed, and get stains out of my wood floors. My home sparkled when she was done. She takes pride in her work and is worth every penny.
